It all started in 1986, when Abraham Merchant and Richard Cohn first met. Their friendship grew into a business partnership that began with a Brazilian restaurant in the East Village and continued to develop into a series of successful ventures across Manhattan.
Their latest venture, Quality Burger (QB), is a quick service Burger stand. The name, Quality Burger, represents what each guest will receive, which is quality. Quality Burger will serve quality food with quality service. All of our fresh ingredients are combined together to produce a fantastic experience, from start to finish. Our staff are quality representative, each staff member is always welcoming, friendly and of course, happy to see you.
Abraham and Richard have delivered 25 years of quality, consistency, value and customer service in the hospitality industry. Quality Burger will continue these traditions.
